With the current changeable situation surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic. I will be following government guidelines and this may lead to changes at short notice.
Currently my counselling studio is open for face to face consultations; there is a Perspex divider in the room and windows are open to allow for adequate ventilation.
The chairs, furniture and doors are cleaned between all face to face client sessions and the room is aired for a minimum of one hour between sessions. This may make the room cold in the winter so please dress appropriately
The counsellor and client are seated 2 metres apart during the session.
However, I also offer Zoom, Facetime and Skype sessions for existing clients who need or prefer to move online.
Symptoms and Self-Isolation
If you have any of the recognised symptoms for Covi-19 or if you are required to self isolate you must let me know immediately.
Your face to face session will have to be cancelled though an online session could be held if you wish.
If you develop symptoms or are required to self-isolate within 24 hours of your appointment you will not be charged for your missed session.
If I develop symptoms or I am required to self-isolate I will also have to close the face to face side of my counselling studio for 14 days.
I treat the safety of my clients as of paramount importance. However, I cannot guarantee total Covid-19 security and face to face counselling will be carried out at your own risk.
If you have any questions regarding Covid-19 security with me do not hesitate to ask.
